That claims-side perspective is unusually valuable when a client is making a coverage decision: Gene knows which exclusions matter, where paperwork breaks down, and how an insurer actually thinks when a claim hits their desk. A Florida International University graduate with a BA in Psychology, he brings a listening-first style to every conversation.
